朝ご飯だよ～breakfast time~

今朝の朝ご飯です～久しぶりにパンに甘いバターを食べました～
砂糖・卵黄・ココナツミルクから作りました甘いバターはマレーシアにめちゃめちゃ有名だけど、日本には見たことない～甘くて美味しいよ～インタネットでニュースを読みながら食べました＾＝＾
my breakfast for today.. its been a long time since i had toast with sweet coconut egg jam (seri kaya.. ada eh dalam english?haha) few months ago.. so today, my first toast with kaya jam (coconut egg jam) in japan (after 6 years..lol). never found it in supermarket or grocery shop in here, but found this jam in fridge at Pai's house!! eating while reading news on internet~
lama tak makan roti kaya.. hehe.. jadi arini aku punya sarapan, roti bakar ngan sekaya... yum yum... sedap sangat.. mmg lama dah teringin nak mkn roti bakar ngan sekaya.. sblom nih pun masa chat ngan ex-classmate, aku ckp benda yang sama.. tringin nak makan roti bakar ngan sekaya! makan sambil baca berita online~~hehe

コブクロ～桜

冬なのにコブクロからの桜という歌を歌いました～笑
まぁそんなに上手くはないけど。。
カラオケに行く時、この歌をよく歌います～
its winter now and soo damn cold.. so new song for today, Sakura (originally from kobukuro).. I always sings this song at karaoke~ so enjoy~~

Dorayaki-Doraemon どら焼きドラえもん

i woke up pretty early this morning than usual.. so damn starving for food.. i ate my dinner pretty early yesterday~no wonder my stomach start play its music, singing a song.."hungry hungry.. fill me up with sumthing hurry~~"♪♪ so i had Dorayaki as my breakfast today~

今朝早く起きました～お腹すいたなぁ～じゃじゃん～～
じゃ今日ほ朝ごはんは☆どら焼き☆です～
インタネットでのレシピを見て、どら焼きの作り方がそんなに難しくはないと思うが。。めんどくさいからスパーで買ってきました（笑）

bangun awal arini, then takmo lelap lak.. tambahan pulak perut mula berkeroncong minta diisi~ mungkin sbb smalam aku dinner awal sangat.. smer dah terhadam, so perut dah mula kosong awal2 pagi lagi.. jadi arini, aku ada Dorayaki.. nyum nyum~~

sedikit info pasal dorayaki~~
☆asal dari jepun, termasuk dalam golongan kuih traditional jepun (wadashi)
☆seingat aku, mula popular masa katun doraemon mula ditayangkan kat msia. sbb dorayaki nih kuih kegemaran doraemon.. (aku sangat suka doraemon.. haha)
☆di msia, dorayaki dah diseuaikan dengan citarasa tempatan, seperti perisa coklat dan sekaya.. (wahh teringin nak makan roti bakar satu mentega ngan sekaya..)
●dorayaki is a type of Japanese confection (wagashi), filling of sweet red bean paste.
●Doraemon love dorayaki.. so if u know about doraemon, im quite sure u must know about this wagashi too.. very famous in Japan because of its taste~ love it==

最近は忙しくて（実はlazyです笑）、ブログには何もやってなかった～まぁ今日は新しいメニューをご紹介致します～今回のレシピはナシゴレンとチキンチリです～
well, was soo busy (read as lazy) lately to update this blog. But today i wanna share with you new recipes, simple and easy to cook ← u have to have instant spices la..lol.. so, here u are;- nasi goreng with ayam masak merah~
semenjeak dua menjak nih banyak kerja skit.. so arini baru bersemangat nak update blog.. hehe.. so resipi kita utk hari ini ialah nasi goreng dengan ayam masak merah.. cayokk!!cayokk!!

A. Ingredients for ayam masak merah チキンチリの材料

clockwise: ココナツミルク、塩、ターメリック、チキンチリスパイス、チキン、レーズン、玉ねぎ
coconut milk, salt, turmeric, ayam masak merah spice, chicken, raisin, onion

1. chicken-salt-turmeric mixed thoroughly (as in pic)...チキン・塩・ターマリックをよくまぜる（写真のように）



2. deep fry 160℃に熱した揚げ油で揚げる


3. deep fry chicken pieces until golden brown and set aside (haha blasah jer la..aku nak ckp goreng sampai masak sampai warna keemasan dan letak tepi..:p).. 金色になるまで揚げて、油を切る..



4. remove oil, leaving behind 2 tbsp and fry ayam masak merah spicy (pre-mixed with water) until aromatic~ フライパンにサラダ油大さじ２を足し、チキンチリスパイス（水と混ぜた）を入れて香りが立つまで炒める＝＝・


5. add coconut milk (1 cup) and bring to boil, then simmer until gravy thick. Then put onion and raisin.. ココナツミルクを入れて、ソースが濃くになってから玉ねぎとレーズンを入れる。


6. add fried chicken。。油切ったチキンを入れます！！


7. while waiting, we take pics.. haha チキンが出来上がるまでに待ちながら、写真を撮りましょう（笑）


B. Ingredients for nasi goreng.. ナシゴレンの材料

clockwise: チキン、ナシゴレンスパイス、小松菜、卵、ご飯 chicken, nasi goreng powder/spicy, resembling spinach, egg, rice

1. fry chicken and put rice and nasi goreng powder. Mixed thoroughly. Then add egg. フライパンにサラダ油大さじ２を足し、チキンを炒めて、ご飯とナシゴレンスパイスを入れてよくまぜる！そして卵を入れます～


2. put resembling spinach (or any other vegetables that u like.. ikut suka hati korang la)..mixed thoroughly..小松菜を入れます（は好きな野菜で大丈夫だよ～）。よくまぜる～

出来ました～やったね～～done

C. Time to eat la... yummy..では食べましょう～

finally on stage

駒場大学祭でファッションショーが行いました。僕（マレーシア）とケリーさん（マレーシア）とシャーヒダさん（シンガポール）も参加しましたよ。マレーシア・シンガポールの伝統的な服を着て、モデルの様にステージで cat walkしました。ケリーさんの服は僕が作ったよ。。手作りのバジュクロン～とても楽しかった。。またチャンスがあればぜひぜひ参加したいですね～
we were on stage, wearing baju melayu (me), baju kurung (Kelly), and baju kebaya (Syahidah) during Komaba Festival.. we had a lot of fun, and was very proud to share our traditional clothes (baju melayu, baju kurung and baju kebaya) with other people at the festival. I made that baju kurung for kelly.. and i'm sooo happy because my home made baju kurung was on stage that day!!

ジェンプージェンプ。。jemput-jemput

時間があるので今日はジェンプジェンプを作った。。作り方が超簡単～
simple dessert? for today.. simple and easy to cook!!

1. what we need.. 材料は。。


2. then do like this...小麦粉と卵と水と塩をよく混ぜて～


水が足りない時にまた入れて～put more water if needed

この感じになるまで混ぜます～stir until become like this!



3. put all the ingredients together and stir.. 他の材料も入れて、こんな感じになるまで混ぜます！


4. fry it 油で揚げます。。５分～８分ぐらい（金色になるまで）


5.じゃじゃん。。完成した～～皿に移動します～


6.じゃ、食べましょうか？？ready to eat!!

finally, i got the chance to change @ to decorate this blog.. 新しいレイアウトにしました～お疲れ様でした～

茨城県に引越ししました～so here i am.. in ibaraki (read as kampung。。超田舎だよ。。。笑)... but this place not bad.. just so damn cold（マジ寒いよ。。俺を暖めて下さい）

これからも頑張らなきゃ～頑張るぜ～元気ハツラツ～～リポビタンDを飲みましょう＾＝＾笑

with my new spirits now, to start my new life in a new place..（俺の人生は生まれ変わった。。へへ） slowly i try to reach my goals.. hope everything gonna be ok.. hope this time will be the best opportunity for me to take back all the things that i`ve lost for years before.. yeah im taking back all the glories, happiness, joys, responsibilities, and success... get into my life again... japan again!日本に帰ってきた～

1. petai n me （笑）知ってる？ペータイ。。美味しいよ。。臭いけど～
日本に帰ってきました～だんだん寒くなってきますね～ペータイが多すぎる！！捨てちゃうとモッタナイから、毎日ご飯と食べてる～
so now in japan again.. dah dekat seminggu.. since then, i eat petai almost everyday.. haha brought back from msia and yeah kena habiskan cepat2.. banyak sangat..

2. my weight　体重が。。。汗
体重が４㌔増えました～ちょっと太ってしまった～（笑）マレーシアって本当に食べ物のパラダイスだよね～ i gained 4 kilogram when i got back to japan.. haha.. i ate too much..

マレーシアの空港でナズリさんとの記念写真？？笑。。出発する前に写真を撮りました。有難うね、わざわざ空港まで付き合ってくれて～

raya in malaysia ～ハリーラヤー～

1. 実家に着いたら、母が色々な食べ物を作ってくれました～僕の大好きな料理もある～美味しかった～有難う、お母さん～（ハーグ） This is what waiting for me when i arrived at my parents house.. haha.. as sually, my mom said.. "u r soo skinny.. eat more more n more"...my favorite foods, everything on the table~ sampai2 rumah trus terhidang makanan.. haha kalo ari2 mcm nih, mmg gemok la~~
mcm2 mak aku masak;)

2. ハリーラヤーの準備～家を掃除したり、色んな料理そ作ったり～preparation before the hari raya.. gotong royong ramai2 masak n kemas rumah!! siap tebang pokok lagi!!

for me, raya without ketupat cant be really raya la.. ケテューパト～僕の大好きな料理【ハリーラヤーの時】


3. 家族です～兄弟八人居ます～笑顔でいっぱいいっぱい～ my big family~

the whole family gathered to celebrate hari raya this year.. happy!!

4. 高校生の友達～ハリーラヤーの時に久しぶりに会いました～食べながら色んな昔の話をして楽しかった。。また機会があれば会いましょう～それまでに元気でなぁ～　my x-classmate when i was in high school.. we never meet for a long long time after i went to japan!! member skolah aku yg dah lama giler tak jumpa~

7. meet ankel noel..(not uncle hussin ok!!).. 久しぶりにノエルと会いました。。

8. open house during hari raya~ makan n makan n makan!! 友達と会って、食べて、遊んで、食べて、遊んで、食べて。。。。繰り返す～～楽しかったよ～～
